The webXsecure service provide the security infrastructure necessary for customers to feel confident about placing sensitive information online for secure collaboration among employees, suppliers, customers and partners.
Our data center has a high level of security, guarded by 24/7/365 digital surveillance. The closed circuit cameras throughout the data center monitor both the interior and exterior facilities around-the-clock. Keycard locks on all the paths to sensitive areas and biometric palm scans, restrict the access of unauthorized personnel.
Environmental conditions are kept optimal through sophisticated power conditioning systems, redundant air conditioning units, UPS battery backup, diesel generators, and gas-based fire suppression systems. All servers are housed in locking cabinets within locked cages.
Each user must login with a secure user name and password. At the server level, the passwords are stored in an undecryptable format. (SHA2) . Users cannot see other users. Also, users see only that content to which you specifically grant access.
Full 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption is employed during all communications with your webXsecure account. SSL protects passwords and data during transmission across the public Internet by never transmitting data in "clear" text.
